Beautiful 3-bedroom duplex apartment located in a gated community 100 meters from the main beach of Marinhas-Cepães. The condominium has a large adult pool and another for children, a generous grassy area, changing rooms for men and women, as well as a barbecue area shared by all apartments.
The residential area where the condominium is located is very quiet.
Access to the beach is easy and quick. This apartment, located on the 3rd floor (without elevator), has beautiful views of the ocean and pool. It is a spacious apartment that offers 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms on the entrance floor and 1 double bed in the living room on the upper floor. The living room on this upper floor has a bathroom with shower and sofas.
The apartment has 2 balconies (1 facing west with a beautiful view of the pool and sea, and 1 facing east, which is shared by the 2 bedrooms). It's a simply decorated, yet practical apartment, ideal for summer vacations.
For the convenience of guests, there is parking available within the building (limited and unreserved spaces, occupied according to availability).
