This house is located in the beautiful former fishing village of Praia da Luz which still maintains its original charm and beauty: No hamburger chains, no large ugly tourist developments; only a stunning beach and a background of dark rock formations.
The property is situated in a small, quiet cul-de-sac, only 100m walking distance from the beach with its prodigious beach bars, restaurants and beach activities.
All bedrooms are downstairs, so are both bathrooms. A staircase leads to the upper level where the kitchen and lounge/dining area is. Adjacent to the kitchen is a smaller toilet facility. In front of the lounge/dining area facing south, is a large terrace with comfortable seating and sunshades, plenty big enough for outside dining. Steps lead down to a BBQ and very private pretty garden.
The house is very well maintained, decorated and furnished with love and taste. A perfect retreat for beach lovers and those who prefer to leave the car at home.
