Delightful villa converted from a former farmhouse. Its privileged location on authentic and peacefully Minho countryside. This villa was carefully restored and provides excellent conditions for large parties because of its 6 bedrooms + 6 bathrooms, very large lawned field w/ football goal posts, and his superb pool. On this property, you will have nothing but quietness and peacefully atmosphere. Among its facilities, we distinguish a covered barbecue area where an entire party can enjoy "al fresco " meals and also a children playground room with toys and games.
Inside the villa is available large dining room and a nice living room w/ fireplace and TV-Sat. Almost all bedrooms have ensuite bathroom. The villa is just 1,5 km from next village center where bank, pharmacy and mini-market is available. From villa you have easy and fast access to local beaches.

Con respecto a la humedad, es más difícil ya que el invierno ha sido extremadamente lluvioso y es difícil eliminar la humedad por completo, sin embargo, el propietario hará un esfuerzo adicional para proporcionar un hogar más agradable.
