From the living/dining room, we have access to a large balcony exterior, semi-covered, with a beautiful panoramic view.

Outside: adjacent to the balcony we have an outside area with a private swimming pool, a large lawn, an area with sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. Within the property, there is space to park several cars.
Up to a distance of 1800mts, we have a restaurant, butcher and grocery store, 3,3km away is the supermarket Pingo Doce.
It is an excellent property for medium groups (2 families) who prefer accommodation and holidays to a good price.
